DRAE is an alternative hip-hop artist and producer from Ottawa, Canada. Drawing influence from artists like Linkin Park, Grandson and Rage Against The Machine; DRAE combines elements of hip-hop, alt rock and electronic music to create a high energy sound and frantic live performance. He boasts an impressive resume that includes performances at CBC JUNOfest and RBC Bluesfest, showcases at Canadian Music Week and Northern Touch Music Festival, as well as a Toronto Independent Music Award for "Best Urban Recording". The lead single “Venom” from his 2018 EP TRI has received regular commercial radio rotation on Live 88.5 FM (Ottawa), and has quickly become popular on numerous streaming platforms.
