Velvet by DJ Tandu aka Ingo Kunzi well known as Ayla, was firstly released in 1999. Fast-forward in 2023 and Velvet divine melody is back for the new generation of trancers on Technoclub Retro recreated by Talla 2XLC and DJ Tandu. The Talla 2XLC remix applies sharp psy tech trance basslines, punchy kicks and energetic percussion to build slowly momentum until the hints of the unforgettable warm and tender melody is slowly revealed as we reach the long and atmospheric breakdown. With respect to the original track the suspense and intrigue remains intact on Talla’s remix. Full of mesmerizing whistle like humming birds synthy melodies, variety of synthy plucks and classical orchestral music influences the beat strikes back for the full on hands in the air climax with the euphoric feel good summery melody doing the damage supported by melancholic piano chords and highly energetic basslines.
