Morbid Desire To Live

The Snow Itself are thrilled to announce the release of the single ”Morbid Desire to Live” on August 13, 2019. The soaring alternative rock anthem deals with the fundamental question with the kind of melodic wistfulness that hasn’t been heard since the 90’s. The previous releases by The Snow Itself include the single “Beijing” in 2012, the EP “Baobab Tree” in 2013 and the single “Velvet Morning Kiss” in 2016. The 2017 single “It Rains in Colours” charted at number 11 in the European Independent Music Chart. Their songs have received radio airplay in France, UK, USA, Canada, Russia, Switzerland, Japan and Belgium. As a band, The Snow Itself is an entity quite like a snowflake – unique on every release. The coolness keeping it all together is the Finland-based songwriter Harri Kangas. He works with different vocalists and musicians on a song-by-song basis to achieve the perfect shape for each song.
