Dolorous

Donald Wilborn and Embarcadero Records proudly present the first single, 'Dolorous' from American duo Dahli's debut album 'Palindrome'. Dahli is a collaborative effort between Shaun Valentine and Darin Carter, both talented artists, dj's and producers based out of Austin, Texas. Following on from their well received singles 'Elfen Lied' and 'Fifteen Hours', the pair of budding producers took some time off to deal with personal tragedies and life issues which saw them absent from the studio completely for nearly a year. All of these feelings are clearly present on this single. The dark, deep and melodic 'Dolorous' is a chugging progressive house groove with moody pads, crisp drum arrangements and reverberated bass matched to hypnotic synths that carry on for a solid nine minutes. The track is presented here in a special radio edit and club mix produced by label founder Donald Wilborn.
