Jon Canem is heavily influenced by 80s pop music and quite well known for having the “George Michael” Thing, energised vocals and performance with that cheeky swagger. In 2017 he entered the Open Mic UK Competition where he successfully got to the Regional Finals stage. After that he recorded his first single “Holding On To Love” which got N58 in the Singer/Songwriter charts on Itunes. This chart peak brought him to really exciting new times. Jon started doing shows in London for a promotion company, they gave him a first headline which was amazing and a huge boost in building his audience. Soon after he was signed by a new label which helped him releasing the following 3 singles which got a great feedback on the Social Media. In 2019 DMN Records signed him for new productions and now he is about to release some seriously hot dance music and ready to change the game.
